Improve TecDic

It's been harder and harder to sustain Tecdic as a hobby project each year.
I think it is time to let go. I think people with more time and programming skills should build a better Tecdic. I'm even willing to host it on this domain (if it's better).

Therefore you can now download the contents of the database as a CSV file and try to make your own TecDic if you can. Let me know how it works out for you.
